The parcel supposedly "shipped" out the ***, and was supposed to arrive the ***. I placed an order on 8\*\20 with a promotion for next day shipping. This is upsetting, I really enjoyed this company and their previous customer service was good but they have lost my business unless they learn to treat their customers better. Now they won't allow me to return the items that arrived late and they won't give any form of compensation. In such a case, I would have just taken my business elsewhere where they could provide me with accurate services. A genuine company would put a disclaimer that it could not get there in time. Why not show a disclaimer to inform their customers of the T&C (I don't even know where to find that). This is false advertising, there was no indication this could happen or where to look for answers. And if you complain and ask for compensation, they will find excuses and tell you that it doesn't actually mean 1-day shipping in the T&C. You might get it anywhere to 2-4 days later (so pretty much paying for nada). So instead of taking my business to a local shop (where I would get it in time) I naively believed that 1-day shipping actually meant 1-day shipping.

I needed an outfit for a wedding in 2 days and I saw that if you spend over $100 you get free 1 DAY shipping. The customer service I recently had the displeasure of encountering was horrible. I have absolutely no confidence that they'll resolve their issue with my order after the repeated chances they have been given hence my complaint through the BBB. I am given the same run around with no updates or movement towards a solution and again i am told i will be contacted within 48 hours. ** Jan 2021 I contact them again through their customer service chat. Again i am told ill be contacted within 48 hours about my refund. I am given the same response of they'll need to issue a ticket to a specialist along with they won't issue me my refund till they find out what went wrong with their system. ** Dec 2020 i contact them through their customer service chat on their website. They have now gone silent on social media and will not respond to my messages.

5 Days later after no contact i contact them again and they give me the same run around. I contacted the company via social media for a refund and the customer service rep said they'll get to me in 2 days and after filing a ticket to their customer service rep.

***** Dec 2020 i check for a status update on my order and it never even shipped. My order was process and they took my money out of my account. I made an online purchase worth $500 on ** Dec 2020.
